Fresh

The fruits and veggies we use are all fresh so you can be sure there are no additives or preservatives and all the vitamins and minerals are still present. Our grains are also freshly ground locally, so you won’t find any artificial preservatives there either.

Yeast-free

Our pizza crusts are made yeast-free using a natural leavening process that makes all of the nutrients easier to digest and absorb than they would be in a standard crust.

Vegan

Vegan means no animal or dairy products at all. And that is how we make our soups every day. Our soups are house-made, tasty and healthy no matter if you are vegan or an omnivore. Enjoy the flavors and nutritious benefits of eating one of our deliciously vegan soups.

Spelt

Spelt is a grain similar to wheat that has a great flavor. It is rich in fiber, B vitamins, protein and is easier to digest than wheat. All of our pizzas can be made with a spelt crust if you want to try something a little different or if you are dietary restricted.

Flaxseed

Flaxseed contains omega 3 fatty acid which is known reduce cholesterol levels and help control blood pressure. It is high in fiber and contains cancer-fighting antioxidants. We use sunny flaxseed bread for sandwiches on our lunch menu.

Garlic

Garlic is an ancient medicinal plant and is another of our ingredients that is known to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, even help fight-off colds. We like our garlic roasted (it does maintain is beneficial qualities even cooked) and as a compliment to many of the dishes on our menu. You can even add it as a topping on your pizza pie.

Fresh mozzarella

Fresh mozzarella is lower in sodium and fat than American mozzarella (the kind you buy in a brick). It is also high in protein, and is the only kind of mozzarella we use.

Mixed greens

The mixed greens we use in our fresh, heaping salads are naturally low in fat, and are loaded with nutrients including vitamins A and C, folate, calcium, iron and potassium. You can’t go wrong with greens.

Tomato

Hidden in the red color of the tomato is a phytonutrient called lycopene, which has been shown to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. Tomatoes also contain vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, fiber, and protein. This wonderful fruit can be found in many of the dishes and pizzas on our menu.
